Select the product, choose size/variant (if applicable), add to cart and proceed to checkout. Choose Prepaid or partial COD, fill shipping details and confirm your order.

2. How do I track my order?

3. Can I make an order for and on behalf of someone else?

Definitely, simply enter the details of the customer at the time of the order placement.

4. How do I know my order is confirmed?

5. How long does delivery take?

6. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it’s not necessary to create an account if you wish to place an order. You can simply provide your shipping and billing details, select the payment method and place an order.

7. Why have I not received my order yet?

In rare situations, orders may get delayed due to courier or shipment issues. We will keep you updated through calls or emails on the status of your orders. You can also call or email us to check on your orders.

8. How do I exchange a product?

We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects, defective or damaged products,wrong/short size issues on eligible products.

– Raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.

– Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

9. Do you offer returns?

No, we do not accept returns. Shripali follows a “No Return, Only Exchange” policy.
